The guy looked the person over a moment. "Fine." He let her drag him to the dance floor, to the edge to the farthest side of the room.

(Nini if you want Katey and I would like you to be Mela's twin sister. She takes after her mother Zara where as Mela takes after her fsther). Not even my mom can change his mind about your family. He puts up with Dia for mom's sake but he believes you've been tainted by your dad's blood" she rolled her eyes

"He banned you from seeing me? Fucking him, that's not fair. We should not be involved in their bullshit. Sure, my dad doesn't like me being around you either, but he hasn't fucking tried to ban me from seeing you.
"Why don't you talk to your dad about it. I know he won't listen at first... But if you accused him of being a worse father than my dad because he tried to ban you... Then he might lift the ban... You know he can't stand being worse at something than my dad.. Even fatherhood.
"And if he doesn't listen, ask your mom to fuss at him for you. I mean, if anyone can convince him it's her... And she's reasonable, she'd probably be mad at him if she knew he banned you from seeing me...
"He probably wouldn't listen to her either, as you've said... But she could at least help our case by like, getting mad and givinge I'm like the silent treatment until he stops being abusive like that."

"I couldn't tell my dad that...it would crush him ans you know how close I am to him, my mom's trying to change his mind but he's convinced he's protecting me. That's the problem. He's a good dad so he thinks he needs to.protect me. Especially from you snd your father. I keep trying to explain to him that you wouldn't hurt me but my sister and I are past the age that we're too young for your dad to think about using against my dad "
