AnnMerie pointed to Andri "I've given and lost too much to not win over these people. There's no way I could risk letting people kill off others and not live the lives they have to the fullest of their ability purely because of some mental issue they may have" she said and crossed her arms, leaning back "I will win and I don't care what they think of the matter" she told him

Andri nodded. "I know you can. You're going ton ace a lot of lives."

AnnaMerie smiled at Andri and nodded "I certainly hope so" she said, then looked down "Maybe it'll help my kids get a happier ending

"I hope so. Technica live a long, long time... And even once they 'die', which is hard for them to even do, so long as their memory chips and stuff are intact, their minds can be transferred to a newer model, and they can live once again... But the disabled ones would never have that change if we can't et the technicae to change their ableist ways."

"Oh I can" AnnaMerie said crossing her arms "I mean think about it - all you need to do is point out all their flaws until their heads spin" she smirked "And I'm good at playing devil's advocate when I need to" she pointed "At least I like to think that I am" she said a bit more recoiled "Well regardless, my kids will help me - I know they will, they hate going to the technique world because they're so bias"

"What if the technicae just stubbornly try to kick you out because they know you are right?"

AnnaMerie looked at her "Then they loose any chance they ever had at seeing their precious perfect Technique again, and I'll be sure to send my information out to the rest of their 'utopia'" she said and smirked "I'll talk to Abby about cutting them off as well - so they loose their source of security from them - that is, only if they try to kick me out, and if they refuse to listen to me purely because they know I'm right. I can ruin them"

Andri smirked. "And they can't lose their security... Heh, I believe you'll win. You can indeed ruin them if they don't obey."

AnnaMerie nodded "And if I don't like their answer then I will" she said looking at Andri coldly "I wont have anyone walking on those children - hey - speaking of Finder, is he a good guy?"

"When were were speaking of him? Oh well. Well... Finder is about as neutral as things go. Pay him, he gets you info. Good and evil don't particularly matter to him. He's a medium for gathering information. Like a walking library. He's not too fickle- he does have some honor and typically won't betray a person if the person's opposition tries to offer him something. 
"He's perhaps one of the most neutral people I've met. Hell, I utilize him quite a bit. He's very useful when I need information about a hunt." Andri smiled. "All it takes is some food or clothes or other necessities.
"Why? Need him to find info on the technicae?"

AnnaMerie shook her head and smiled, looking over to Andri "I was going to ask him if he a, wanted to adopt one, and b, if he would be willing to find me a large list of people - well enough people with the patience and understanding to adopt the children that need it - how do you find him?" she asked, leaning back a bit as she thought - if he was as good as Andri said then it wouldn't be any trouble at all to find people for those children to be adopted by.

"If push comes to shove, I could probably make some kind of a deal with him so that he'd be willing to help me whenever I need it - such as letting him stay here whenever he needed a place to stay and feed him whenever he is here - it's not like that would really make much of a difference" she told Andri "We have enough people here and cook enough for us to have leftovers"

"Well he typically doesn't do long-term deals like that, but from you he might. After all, even he could probably use a place to stay when he needs it and food whenever he wishes. It won't hurt to ask, I'm sure he'll at least consider it.
"As for the list, yeah, might take him a few days or a week to gather the info, but Im sure he can get us a huge list. Though I'm not sure how many people are well equipped to take in technicae kids... We'd probably wanna check in with each family and make sure it's a safe and equipped environment.

"I'm not sure if he'd adopt one. He has a daughter, and I don't think he wants any more kids. Oh uh, Katey's mom might adopt a few. Also check maybe Zara and Komori? And I hear Lilith has been thinking of adopting more kids for a while now."

AnnaMerie nodded "I think I'd be more comfortable with only one or two per household - obviously if there are siblings then keep then together but no more than one of them otherwise" she said thinking "I just don't like the idea of handing the children off to people who can't handle more than one -they're going to have issues and they're all going to need attention and I don't trust everyone to be able to handle more than one child" she explained "It's a lot of work - I mean I've had practice stretching myself out and being the pleasure for all, but I also know that not many other people have had that sort of experience" she finished

"I could probably afford to give people the equitment if I must - I'm willing to go as far as to introduce humans to this whole thing so long as Finder discovers they could handle it with no question"

"Well, once you convince the council to stop... What if we make them pay like reparations? For all the kids they killed before now? Make them take responsibility. Like, make them pay for all the equipment that the kids need and training that the families might need."

"Perhaps for the next group of children as for this one we'll be lucky if they give them to us unharmed. I don't want to push our luck with this Andri, remember though they seem to like me, our relationship is still rather delicate" she said "If I push for too much then they'll close off and refuse to listen to me anymore - if I get them to first admit that they're wrong, I could work for them feeling bad"

"Yeah but, again, you could ruin them... You've got the upper hand... We can demand reparations and stuff once we get the kids here safe... But you're right, we need to be careful... Otherwise they could block us out and kill the next glitches they find before we can shut their security down..."

"It's not even just that Andri, I don't want them to hate me I just want them to work with me - shutting them down would be the very last straw if tensions get too high. They know what I can do to them, now whether they know that I know what I can do to them is another story entirely" AnnaMerie explained to Andri "I want to get them to cooperate, if they see their flaws - or another opportunity to become more perfect, then I could start pushing the envelope safely"

"I see. You're right... And it would be better for the long term... It could really help their entire society...So yeah, we should be careful, I guess. We want to change them, not give them more reasons to be against outsiders."

AnnaMerie nodded "Exactly - if we're not careful then they'll just despise outsiders and think of them as some kind of infection to be squashed - honestly it would run risk of causing them to want to retaliate"

She nodded.

Richard yawned.

AnnaMerie looked over to Richard "Do you want to go to bed?" she chuckled "Are we keeping you up?"

Richard thought a moment. "Yeah, I guess. I mean, yall weren't keeping me up but yes, I should probably go to bed. Will you come lay with me till I sleep? You know that can help my nightmares sometimes..."

AnnaMerie nodded, smiling softly "Of course Richard, that's why I asked if you were tired I was going to ask if you wanted me to go with you" she said and looked to Andri "I may or may not come back - you might as well go to bed" she said

Andri nodded, putting her plate and cup in the sink. She contemplated joining Richard and Annamerie in bed, but decided against it. As usual, she wasn't up for much physical contact after a hunt night. So she went to her own bed.

Richard laid down with Annamerie. "I wish the nightmares would just stop..."

AnnaMerie smiled at her "I'll leave the door open if you want to join us at any time - I know you just came home from a hunt, but the offer is still open" she offered as she waved before leaving into the bedroom.

She changed into her pjs and crawled in the bed next to Richard. She kissed his head and snuggled next to him firmly "Perhaps someday you will be able to"
